Products We sell physical 3D printed products including tabletop gaming accessories such as movement trays, miniature bases, and miniature bits. All items are made to order and may feature minor cosmetic variations (e.g. layer lines or surface texture) due to the nature of 3D printing. These are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. If a defect renders the item unusable for its intended purpose, the customer may be eligible for a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the issue. 3. Custom Orders Custom prints are available upon request by contacting us directly via email. All custom order details, including pricing, turnaround time, and scope, will be confirmed before production begins. We reserve the right to reject custom requests at our discretion. 4. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other available options at checkout. 5. Shipping & Delivery We ship both within Australia and internationally, including to the USA, Canada, and the UK. Estimated delivery times will vary based on location. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties incurred. Shipping delays due to postal services or customs are beyond our control. 6. Returns & Refunds Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if an item arrives defective or not as advertised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. 7. Intellectual Property All original designs and content on this website remain the intellectual property of ProxyForge and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission. In addition to our original designs, we also sell 3D printed models under license from third-party creators and designers. These licensed models remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used and sold by ProxyForge with the appropriate permissions. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these models is strictly prohibited. 8. User Conduct You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. 9.
